Encounters, Experiences and Meetings is an A level project, taking inspiration from a trip to Malaysia. My main motif for this project was exploring Malaysian religions, which led to looking closely at the detail in prayer cards and the exciting red and gold colourings. To complete my project I created a dress using chiffon, pleather, net and neoprene using techniques of gathering, pleating and sublimation printing. The combination of materials and techniques creating different textures and dimensions.
